Pork Chops with brown butter & Rosemary

Everyone in my family loves these pork chops. I also made roasted potatoes on the side.

Pork chops with brown butter and rosemary 🌿 I also made roasted potatoes on the side. 

recipe:

  • 4 pork chops

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 rosemary sprigs

In a large pan over medium-high heat melt the butter and add the garlic and rosemary. 

Place the pork chops in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side. 

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and transfer pork chops to a plate. Enjoy! 

*this recipe makes 4 pork chops*
