Raspberry Lemon Popsicles

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh raspberries 

2 tbsp lemon zest

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 1/2 cups water 

1/4 cup sugar or honey

Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until the raspberries are crushed up and it is smooth. 

Transfer to a liquid measuring cup through a fine mesh sieve. Use a spoon or spatula to separate the seeds from the mixture. You can throw out the raspberry seeds, you won’t need them! 

Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze for at least 3 hours, the popsicles should come out clean. Enjoy!!
