Chicken lettuce wraps

These are perfect for summer lunch or dinner and are so easy to make. 

Ingredients:

1 large onion

2 peppers (red or green)

2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup cashews

1 head of boston lettuce

2 pounds ground turkey

3 tbsp ginger flavored soy sauce

3 tbsp hoisin sauce

salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

Chop the onion, peppers, garlic, and cashews.

Wash and pat dry boston lettuce and place on a large plate.

Add the turkey and the vegetables to a large pan over medium heat. Stir and break up the meat until there are no pink pieces.

Add in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
